Returns/Exchanges/other T's & C's

If you are not satisfied with your purchase we offer a free exchange policy, where you can exchange the product(s) for any other product(s) we currently have availible to purchase. The value of the product will be that of its current retail price as opposed to the original price it was purchased at (if this figure is different) Postage for the return of items is to be paid by the customer. We will take great care to ensure we provide high quality products however if you recieve a product that is damaged in any way please get in touch via email within 7 working days of recieving your order to find out how we will be able to refund or exchange your product.

If you would like to exchange a purchase you have made please email us at [email protected] within 7 working days of recieving the order and we will give you further instructions.

Competition winners T’s and C’s: All competitions will be run in a fair manor and in accordance with the instructions given, winners will be picked at random using an online name generator unless specified or shown otherwise, The judge’s decision is final. There is no cash alternative or exchange available on prizes won. Prizes are subject to stock and availability, Postage and packaging fees may still apply to any prizes won. Where a prize is won from the charity range- shine through the storm- a £5 donation to the charity fund must still be made- this can be donated by the competition winner or Original HA! The company can decide to end or cancel a competition at any time without any given notice.

Gift Vouchers T’s and C’s: All gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of issue (unless otherwise stated) each gift voucher contains a unique ‘one time use code’ which should be entered into the voucher code box at check out – it should then deduct the amount shown on the voucher from your total. The code is a onetime use code so it must all be spent in one transaction. Currently the system we use does not allow the gift voucher value to cover postage and packaging so this will need to be paid for.
